Mystylebox Content Policy & Guidelines for Sponsored & Guest Posts

Review our content guidelines for accepting sponsored & guest posts, and backlinks. 

Mystylebox maintains strict editorial and backlink standards to protect both our readers and our partners.

By publishing the sponsored link or article, all parties acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Mystylebox Content Quality Standards

  1. Relevance: All posts must be relevant to our audience and align with our website's values and niche.

  2. Accepted Categories: Fashion, Beauty, Art, Décor, Travel, and Lifestyle exclusively. All are placed in our Mystylebox Blog section.

  3. Artificial Intelligence Usage: Articles must be written primarily by a human. Minor AI-assisted edits are acceptable, but AI-generated articles will be rejected.

  4. Original & Exclusive: The content must be original, unique, and not published elsewhere.

  5. Real Value: The post must educate, inspire, or inform — not simply promote. Advertising content or articles focused solely on promoting a brand, product, location, or similar will not be accepted.

  6. Images: Provide at least one cover image plus two relevant in-article images. All images must be copyright-cleared, original, or legally acquired through proper channels. If you cannot attach the images directly, you must provide the source or direct download link so we can obtain them ourselves.

  7. Length: Minimum 1,500 words; avoid filler content to meet this requirement.

  8. Introduction: Around 150 words introducing the topic and outlining the post’s content.

  9. Tone: Expert, engaging, conversational, and friendly.

  10. Quality: Strictly original content; no syndicated or duplicate material.

  11. Readability: Break content for easy reading — use headings, subheadings, short paragraphs, and bullet points.

  12. Citing Sources: Link to original sources when using statistics or quoting content.

  13. Real-World Experience: Share personal experiences to speak with authority.

  14. Outbound Links: Link to authoritative external sources where relevant.

  15. Internal Links: Include relevant internal links from our website.

  16. Grammar and Spelling: Ensure accuracy using tools like Grammarly.

  17. Replicate Style: Follow the style and format of our website.

  18. Post-Publication Review: We periodically review published articles for duplication or plagiarism. If we find the article has been copied or published elsewhere, we will delete it immediately.

Link Policy

The purpose of accepting posts on this site is to provide customers with high-quality content, not simply for backlinking or advertising.

  • Maximum Links:

    • Sponsored posts: Up to 2 backlinks.

    • Guest posts: Up to 2 backlinks, plus 1 author bio link.

  • Relevance: Links must be to reputable, relevant sites in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or related fields.

  • Ongoing Review: We periodically check all published links. If a linked site changes to irrelevant or harmful content, we reserve the right to remove it. Any article submitted with irrelevant links pointing to unknown sites will be rejected without further review.

Links Not Accepted

  1. Links related to essay writing or assignment submission.

  2. Get-rich-quick schemes or “make money online” links.

  3. Pornographic, adult, dating, or vulgar material.

  4. Gambling, casino, or betting links.

  5. Educational or link-building service links.

  6. Financial markets and cryptocurrency links.

Sponsored Post Requirements (Paid Placement)

  • Fee Structure: Rates available upon request.

  • Disclosure: All sponsored posts are clearly marked in compliance with FTC and global advertising regulations, including the statement "This article contains sponsored content".

  • Link Attribute: All sponsored links include the rel="sponsored" tag.

  • Payment Terms: Payment via PayPal upon invoice; non-refundable once published. If payment is not received, the content may be removed without notice.

  • Duration: Sponsored posts remain live for up to 1 year, after which they may be renewed or removed.

  • Editing Rights: Mystylebox may edit for grammar, clarity, SEO, and style.

Sponsored Link Requirements (Paid Placement)

  • Fee Structure: Rates available upon request. Flat fee for up to two links representing the same brand within the same article or page. Price is the same for one or two links.

  • Placement: We accept link insertions in our non-sponsored blog articles and select pages.

  • Link Attribute: All sponsored links include the rel="sponsored" tag.

  • Payment Terms: Payment via PayPal upon invoice; non-refundable once published. If payment is not received, content may be removed without notice.

  • Duration: Sponsored links remain live for up to 1 year, after which they may be renewed or removed.

Guest Post Requirements (Collaboration & Link Exchange)

We welcome guest posts from websites and social media accounts with significant followings and high-quality fashion or beauty content. In return, we require that you:

  • Include a link to our website.

  • Promote the post on your platform.

Guest contributors must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Domain Authority (DA): Minimum 20

  • Domain Rating (DR): Minimum 40

  • Monthly Traffic: At least 30,000 unique visitors (verified via Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, or other reputable tools) (option 1)

  • Audience Match: At least 50% of traffic from US, Canada, UK, or Australia

  • Niche Relevance: Fashion, beauty, art, decor, travel, or lifestyle

  • Social Media Presence: Minimum 50,000+ combined followers across Instagram, Pinterest, or other relevant platforms (option 2)

  • Reputation: Professional brand image, no spammy backlinks, no history of penalties or unethical SEO practices

  • Author Bio: 50–100 words, professional headshot (optional), and links to your website/social media.
  • Editing Rights: Mystylebox may edit for grammar, clarity, SEO, and style.

You must meet the Website Authority requirements plus either the Monthly Traffic criteria or the Social Media Presence criteria to be considered.

Editorial Rights & Removal

  • We reserve the right to edit formatting, headlines, and structure to align with Mystylebox’s style.

  • We may remove content at any time if it violates our guidelines, is duplicated elsewhere, or contains harmful links.

Submission Process

  1. Pitch First: Email info@mystylebox.ca with your topic idea, outline, and proof of meeting website/traffic criteria.

  2. Approval: We will confirm topic approval before you write or review the completed article if it has already been written.

  3. Submission: Send the final article as a Word document with images and video files attached separately. 

  4. Review: We aim to review within 2–3 business days. Please do not submit the same article to other sites during this period.

  5. Publishing: Once revisions are completed and all images are provided, the article will be published within two business days. We reserve the right to reject any post that does not meet our editorial standards or violates our guidelines.

Payment

Send your company details, address, and PayPal email address for invoice preparation.

  • Once the article or link is published, we will send a PayPal invoice to the email address provided. Payment is due upon receipt.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to unpublish the sponsored link or article without prior notice.

  • This service is non-refundable.
