Step 1: Place Your Order

Start by making an order online.

Step 2: Send Your Photos

* Take min 4-5 high-resolution, close-up headshots facing the camera. Avoid profile shots.

* Include a photo showing your natural hair color, even a while back.

* Add another close-up of one eye to analyze the eye pattern. Ensure the eye photo is clear and free from glare.

* Include photos from when you were around twenty years old.

* We also recommend that you send us some pictures of different-colored outfits. The more examples you provide, the more accurate our analysis will be.

* Attach your photos as separate files, not embedded in the email, and include your order number. (Please note that we retain our email correspondence but delete any attached pictures within two weeks of conducting your online color analysis in accordance with our privacy regulations)

* Please email them to customer@mystylebox.ca.

Step 3: Photo Review and Analysis

* We'll confirm the suitability and quality of the photos. Once approved, we will start the color analysis.

* We advise you to review all photos before sending them to ensure they accurately represent your in-person coloring in natural daylight.

Step 4: Receive Your Color Analysis

We'll email your seasonal color palette within 3-5 working days.

Privacy and Security

Your personal information and photos are confidential, used only for requested services, and deleted after processing. Your final report may include your image (s), which are securely saved in our files.

Submit high-resolution (jpeg or png format), clear photos while your face and neck are facing the camera (no glasses)

Do not wear any makeup and tie your hair back, natural hair color disclosed if dyed

Wear a solid white color top and make sure your neck is visible

Take them in front of a white and clear background

Photos must be taken in natural daylight near a window, ensuring no shadows on your face and avoiding direct sunlight.
